Lydia Guett

Cambridge Associates

Lydia is a specialist in the Mission Related Investing Group at Cambridge Associates, working on implementation in client portfolios across the ESG and impact spectrum, and on ESG/Impact investment research.

She works with Endowments and Foundations, Families and Pension Schemes across Europe to help align investment goals with the investor’s values. Lydia joined Cambridge Associates from ASrIA – Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investment in Asia, where she worked with asset owners, asset managers and policy makers across South-East Asia to create awareness about the risks and opportunities associated with climate change and low carbon investing. Having worked and studied across seven countries in Central and South America, Europe and Asia, Lydia can leverage her comprehensive international exposure and experience in financial services, notably with Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.

At Cambridge Associates she also lead in the creation of “C|A Women”, a global initiative and network championing diversity across the firm and in the investment industry.


Lydia has a BA in International Business with Spanish from the European Business School in London and a MSc in Management du Développement Durable (Sustainable Management) from HEC in Paris.
