Alexander Brunner studied business management at University in St. Gallen in Switzerland. His first job was working for Ben&Jerry’s, the impactful US ice-cream company. He then worked many years in alternative investments before joining LGT Impact Ventures in 2014. LGT Impact Ventures is the impact investing family office of the Princely Family in Liechtenstein and is headed by H.S.H. Prince Max von und zu Liechtenstein.

At the family office, Alexander launched the M-KOPA Solar Loan Notes which is the very first impact investing product for LGT Bank clients. In 2017 Alexander became the impact offering manager for LGT Bank. Currently Alexander is working on an impact investing debt fund that will finance Micro-/SMEs in Frontier and Emerging Markets. This will be the first impact investing fund for LGT private bank.
